Carmen Obregon was born and raised in Maryland and moved to Raleigh in 2016 to pursue a degree in nursing. Drawn to the slower pace and welcoming community of North Carolina, she knew this was the perfect place to call home. Carmen’s passion for real estate was inspired by watching her father flip houses, and it was solidified through her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, where she discovered the joy of helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Now a dedicated real estate professional, Carmen specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, new construction properties, and assisting those relocating to the vibrant Triangle area of North Carolina. Her goal is to make every client feel confident and supported throughout their journey, ensuring they find the perfect place to call home.  When Carmen isn’t helping others, she enjoys tackling DIY projects, spending time with her loved ones and her dogs, exploring new places, and cheering on her beloved New York Giants!
